How long after I receive my cabinets do I have to report damage?
After you receive your cabinets, you will have 5 days to check your cabinetry for damage or missing parts and report it. This timeframe is very important. If you have anything defective/missing/damaged, please contact us at support@thecabinetbox.com
How long does it take the cabinetry to ship to me?
Depending on the doorstyle and size of order, it will take 10-14 business days to arrive to you.
Will my order have a liftgate delivery and what exactly is that?
Not all orders will have a liftgate delivery depending on location and size. When the truck does have a liftgate, it is a large metal shelf essentially that lowers the items on it from the truck down to the ground level. Then you are able to remove your purchases from that level vs. the truck height.
Will the driver of the truck unload my cabinet order?
Your cabinetry boxes will be very heavy. Some of the boxes will exceed 100 pounds. Please arrange to have 1 -2 helpers to unload. The driver due to insurance purposes will NOT be allowed to assist in unloading the cabinetry. Remember, Curbside Delivery is at the end of the truck. Each piece will need to be unloaded by you, the customer, from the end of the truck and brought to your desired spot in garage or home.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept any returns on cabinetry or cabinetry parts. We can accept returns on cabinet hardware and rev-a-shelf in original packaging with a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
How do I return my sample door?

How do I measure for my kitchen?
We have a measuring guide that will assist you in gathering all of the dimensions our designers will need. Your personal kitchen designer may ask for further information after they assess the measurements you provide.
How does the kitchen design process work?
We start out with your dimensions you provide us from our measuring guide. We then create photorealistic 3-Dimensional drawings so you can view your future dream space! Last we provide you with a quote that lists all of the items you will need.
Do I have to use the design service or can I just select the cabinets I need and order?
Absolutely, you can utilize the shopping cart and add items as you need. It is not neccessary to use the design service to order if you already know what you need!

We accept all major credit cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS as well as Bank Checks and Money Orders.
